What happens after the free check
Choose the next level only when the opportunity justifies it
The free check decides whether to proceed. It is not a free market study, distributor-rights search or brand approach.
The indicative success fee is the higher of US$15,000 or 3%–5% of the first-year minimum purchase commitment, normally capped at US$50,000. A meeting or reply is not a successful outcome: the written milestone normally requires an executed distribution agreement and a verified first paid order.

China-side brand representation and distributorship development
After qualification and a written scope, a project may include applicant review, distributor proposal preparation, brand research, formal approach, meeting coordination, translation, follow-up, negotiation support and China visit coordination.
