Trust and evidence
How ChinaBrandPath labels brand and distribution evidence
A public brand profile, contact route or reseller listing is not the same as an authorized distributor appointment. This policy explains the evidence levels, unknowns and review boundaries used across the site.
Evidence hierarchy
Use the strongest source that supports the exact claim
Claims we do not infer
Unknown stays unknown until the responsible party confirms it
- A brand website does not prove that the company is accepting distributors.
- A global partner form does not prove that a specific country or channel is available.
- A reseller or marketplace seller does not prove an authorized or exclusive appointment.
- A local office does not prove local stock, wholesale responsibility or distributor status.
- MOQ, price, inventory, certification, support and exclusivity are not treated as facts without current evidence.
Only the relevant brand and contracting parties can grant authorization, define exclusivity and sign the final agreement.
ChinaBrandPath can provide a bounded assessment or coordinate a mandate, but cannot replace that decision.
Review controls
Dates, sources, corrections and human decisions remain visible
Editorial and paid work remain distinct
Payment does not buy a verification label or guaranteed outcome
Public profiles and evidence labels follow the same source rules whether or not a company later purchases an assessment or mandate. Paid work buys the defined research, coordination or execution scope — not authorization, exclusivity or favorable editorial treatment.
